差 差 差！這輩子沒見過這麼差的酒店！首先訂的池畔大床房型，給我安排在停車場邊，每天半夜都會有汽車報警（圖1.2）；其次，下午6點半入住，房間沒有打掃，與前台溝通換了新房間，房間內沒有浴巾毛巾、也沒有抽紙（圖3.4）；第三，房內不開空調，放置一台大型冷氣機，聲音大如轟炸機，根本沒辦法入睡。我是送孩子入學在這裡訂了三天，臨時也沒辦法改訂其他酒店，這三夜尤如地獄一般。酒店設施老舊，前台大鬍子男難溝通、早餐垃圾這些我都不想講了，請各位千萬不要訂這家酒店！請訂房網站客服儘快聯繫我解決問題！如若解決不力，我會一直投訴到底，決不妥協！！！

不太建議，酒店比較老舊，早餐本身東西就少，8點的時候基本什麼都沒有了。入住當天電梯是壞的，5件大行李硬扛到4樓，第二天也沒修好，又扛到樓下。沒有人來打掃衞生，儘管宣稱每天給換毛巾

整體不錯，公車離站牌很近，旁邊還有超商。就是每天早餐沒什麼變化，就那幾樣。女櫃檯人員都很熱情，態度佳！！

應該是我近20年以來住過最差的酒店 地點偏僻 一入住 打開冰箱 裡面還放著不知道啥時候的飲料 咖啡，馬桶蓋子壞的 空調控制器直接掉下來 原來也是壞的 早餐沒吃的也不添加 才8點40啊 提出換一間房 前台印度小哥態度極其差 住了一晚火速退房 換一家 真的是爛到家了 要能打零分 我五項全給0分

This is the worst hotel experience ever. The air condition was broken and I was given the fan instead. On the next day, the front desk confirmed that the AC would be fixed, but that didn’t happen. I asked for the manager and wanted a refund but the front desk kept telling me that the manager was away. So I end up staying in the no AC room for three days without a refund. I decided to contact 訂房網站.com to resolve the issue because this is so unfair to me. Many customers complained the same thing and nothing was fixed. one guy even said that he will report the safety issue to the health department if they did not refund to him. Besides the AC, one of the two elevators was broken too. In the end, I received some discount through 訂房網站.com and booked a new hotel instead. The hotel really needs an update and a full attention from a real manager.

周圍很多酒店，強烈不推薦這家。1200多人民幣的價格水平，感覺跟上個世紀國內招待所似的，非常差的入住體驗。電梯壞的，我們那麼多行李，衹能爬樓梯，還好前台小哥幫忙拿行李。空調噪音大，製冷差，是上世紀90年代的款式。早餐很差，連服務員也沒有。房間衞生一般，臨晨3點還遇到火警，被刺耳的火警吵醒，住的大部分除了黑人就是開學季來上學的中國孩子及家長。最氣人的是訂房網站還不能取消訂單，衹能忍受。

Extremely Disappointing – Would Not Recommend The hotel appeared abandoned and poorly maintained. There were no other guests or cars in the parking lot, which immediately raised concerns. Upon arrival, I asked the front desk clerk if we were the only ones there—she stated that 20 people were checked in, despite the property having 150 rooms. There were no on-site amenities as advertised, such as a restaurant or bar. I asked to see the room before checking in and was told the elevator was out of service. We had to walk up a dirty, foul-smelling outdoor stairwell. The carpets throughout the property were stained and had a strong odor, and there was no noticeable air conditioning in the common areas. The lobby itself smelled musty, almost like there had been a flood. When we viewed the room, we noticed mold around the bathtub, and overall cleanliness was lacking. I did not feel comfortable or safe staying there, so we decided to leave without checking in. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
